MST Reads is committed to your privacy. This page explains what data we may hold about you — including data received through Facebook — and how you can request that it be deleted.

1. What Data We Collect via Facebook

MST Reads uses the Facebook API to publish content to our Facebook page. In connection with this and our use of Meta advertising tools, we may receive or process the following data:

• Facebook Page data: Engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, reach) associated with posts published via our Facebook Page.
• Meta Pixel data: Anonymised or pseudonymised data about visitors to our site collected via the Meta Pixel, used for advertising performance measurement.
• Custom Audiences: If you have interacted with our Facebook Page or ads, Meta may hold data relating to that interaction in accordance with Meta's own Privacy Policy.

MST Reads does not collect Facebook user login credentials, personal profile data, or private messages from individuals visiting our site.

2. Data Held by Meta (Facebook)

Much of the data associated with your Facebook activity is held by Meta, not by MST Reads. To manage or delete data held by Meta directly, you can:

• Visit your Facebook App Settings to remove any connection to MST Reads.
• Use Meta's Off-Facebook Activity tool to clear activity data Meta holds about you.
• Review Meta's Privacy Policy for full details on how they store and process your data.

3. How to Request Deletion of Your Data

To request deletion of any personal data that MST Reads holds about you, please contact us by email. Include the following in your message:

• Your name
• The email address associated with any account or correspondence with us
• A brief description of the data you wish to have deleted

4. How We Process Your Request

Once we receive your request, we will:

• Acknowledge your request within 5 business days.
• Verify your identity to ensure we are deleting the correct data.
• Complete deletion of your personal data within 30 days of receiving your verified request.
• Send you a confirmation once deletion is complete.

5. Data We May Retain

In some cases we may be required to retain certain data to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Where we retain data for these reasons, we will inform you. Aggregated, anonymised analytics data that cannot identify you personally may also be retained.
